Throttle Body Intake Boot, B5 Audi S4 & C5 Audi A6/Allroad 2.7T, Silicone
We Also Recommend
The stock rubber 2.7T Throttle Body Inlet Boot is notorious for ripping and causing leaks, usually at the worst possible time.
034Motorsport's high quality silicone replacement is modeled off the factory hose to ensure excellent fitment, and has beefy 4-ply reinforced silicone construction to withstand increased boost pressures up to 22 PSI. For applications running higher boost, we recommend using our 034Motorsport High-Flow Stainless Steel Bipipe Set.
The 034Motorsport 2.7T TBB also features a throttle body referencing ridge to lock the hose into the throttle body receiver groove. All necessary hose clamps are supplied with the 034Motorsport 2.7T Throttle Body Boot, including a sturdy 3.50" T-bolt clamp for the throttle body connection for secure clamping.

Replacement hose clamps are now included with every purchase!
Please Note: Some trimming may be required to fit the factory plastic engine cover, as the silicone is more robust than the flimsy factory rubber.
Very happy with the part just had to cut the sensor hole down as it was to extended and the cover would not fit with it , pretty upset about that, but now that it's on and going I couldn't be happy with this mod!
I bought this for my C5 allroad BEL engine. Awesome upgrade from stock, fit perfectly. The only problem is the Tclamp for the throttle body is too small and needs to be up sized. I used a spare I had laying around
I bought an ebay kit, waisted my time and money trying to make the it fit properly. I should have bought this the first time around.

This item fits perfectly! Beware of knock offs that do not fit. Before I bought this TBB, I bought a similar one (silicone TBB) off someone on ebay. I received it and installed it. Though it looked similar, it did not fit properly; I could not install the plastic cover back on and the hood would not close. Also, the electric fan was hitting the plastic turbo pipe (that goes into the TBB), thus not allowing the fan to turn. If you need a TBB, get this one and save yourself a headache.
