Copper composite head gasket for Audi I5 10v and 20v engines that originally cam with hydraulic lifters (MC, JT, 7A, AAN, ABY, ADU, 3B, etc)
Consists of 2 rubber coated steel sealing layers with a copper spacer core. Standard gasket is 83mm piston bore with approx. stock thickness, but thicker gaskets can be supplied for compression drops, etc.
This is the same head gasket we use in our 900HP Audi 80tq, when combined with head studs and a block o-ring, this head gasket is sufficient for over 50psi boost and 1000HP - with no leaking or constant changing.
NOTE, A DOWEL PIN MAY NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE BLOCK WHEN INSTALLING THIS HEADGASKET, IT WILL BE OBVIOUS BECAUSE A DOWEL PIN WILL INTERFERE WITH THE INSTALLATION OF THE GASKET, SIMPLY PULL IT OUT AND INSTALL THE GASKET.
