    034Motorsport's engineers have invested a significant effort developing and testing to create the most comprehensive and effective catch can kit on the market for the 2.5 TFSI and 2.0T EA888 Gen 3 motors. The 034Motorsport Billet Aluminum Catch Can Kit features a completely revised high-capacity design to provide optimal crankcase ventilation while keeping oil and water vapor out of the intake track. Furthermore, this catch can prevents oil ingestion during hard driving and heavy cornering loads seen on track.

    The 034Motorsport Billet Aluminum Catch Can Kit is designed to prevent oil from depositing in the intake manifold and intake valves, resulting in drastically reduced carbon buildup and extended life from the motor.

    Street Density Motor Mount Pair for MkVI Volkswagen Jetta 1.8T Gen 3 with 5-Speed Manual Transmission

    We're proud to announce the availability of the Density Line Engine Mount Pair for the MkVI Volkswagen Jetta 1.8T Gen 3 with 5-Speed Manual Transmission!

    034Motorsport's Density Line Mounts are the new standard in comfort and performance. Our mounts are redesigned with performance in mind, and manufactured from high-durometer rubber for increased performance and durability, without sacrificing comfort. Density Line Mounts are void-free and fluid-free, eliminating the slop associated with the factory mounts.

    Street Density:

    The Street Density Engine Mount Pair is manufactured from 60 durometer rubber, which is approximately 35% stiffer than stock. Since the mounts are also void-free and solid-filled, the resulting mount is approximately 60% stiffer than stock. The cast aluminum mount bodies have also been redesigned to cope with the added stress of spirited driving.

    The result is greatly reduced drivetrain slop, crisper shifting, and minimal wheel hop, without any significant increase in noise, vibration, or harshness (NVH) inside of the cabin. These mounts are a completely re-engineered performance solution, not just inserts for use with the factory mounts.

    High-Durometer Rubber vs. Polyurethane:

    Density Line Mounts are manufactured from high-durometer rubber instead of polyurethane for a number of reasons. While vulcanized rubber mounts are more expensive to prototype due to increased complexity of manufacturing and high initial tooling costs, rubber is inherently better than polyurethane as a damping medium for mounts and bushings.

    Rubber is able to deal with stress under both tension and compression, while polyurethane mounts rely on the damping medium to be effective only under compression. Rubber is also excellent in shear, where polyurethane is ineffective, making it ideal for control arm bushings that apply a shear force to the bushing during articulation.

    Rubber does not pack and wear like polyurethane does, which ultimately results in a long-lasting part with consistent performance and comfort.

    8J Audi TT/TTS/TTRS Strut Tower Reinforcement Plates

    034Motorsport's Strut Tower Reinforcement Plates for the 8J Audi TT/TTS/TTRS are designed to significantly increase the strength and rigidity of the factory aluminum strut towers. These robust steel and aluminum reinforcement plates reduce the likelihood of deforming/damaging (or doming) the strut towers by driving over road imperfections or aggressively utilizing curbs when driving hard on track.

    • 3/16" Thick Laser-Cut Stainless Steel Lower Reinforcement Plates (2)
    • CNC Machined Billet Aluminum Upper Reinforcement Plates (2)

    Installation Guide:

    Don't be afraid of the curbs. Make the curbs be afraid of you.

    Please Note: If your strut towers are already deformed/domed, then these plates cannot be safely installed. If this is the case, we recommend taking your vehicle to a body shop that is certified by Audi for aluminum repairs. Once the strut towers have been repaired, the reinforcement plates can be used.

    Stage 2+ Dual Pulley B8.5 Audi S4

    We're pleased to announce the winner of June's #Drive034 feature as Yevgeniy and his B8.5 Audi S4!

    Keen to squeeze the most power from his supercharged 3.0 TFSI motor, Yevgeniy came to 034Motorsport for his tuning needs and opted for a Stage 2+ ECU file to pair with his upgraded dual pulley configuration. Now at more than 450 HP at the crank, Yevgeniy wanted to make sure he could put that power to the ground and updated his TCU with a 034Motorsport DL501 (DSG) Performance File. This takes advantage of optimized shift points and an increased RPM limit while refining overall driveability for consistent and reliable performance.

    Stage 2+ Dual Pulley Tuned B8.5 Audi S4

    Yevgeniy also has made improvements to the handling of his B8.5 Audi S4 by installing a 034Motorsport Adjustable Solid Rear Sway Bar, Rear differential Mount Inserts, and a Transmission Mount Insert. All of these complementary upgrades work to provide a more refined and connected driving experience while reducing understeer and helping the car to rotate better through the corners.
