Billet Aluminum Rear Differential Insert Kit for B9 Audi A4/S4 & Allroad

034Motorsport is pleased to present Billet Aluminum Rear Differential Mount Inserts for the B9 Audi A4/S4 & Allroad!

The B9 Audi A4/S4 & Allroad uses rubber rear differential mounts which deflect under load, causing the rear end to feel vague and loose, as well as leading to less-than-optimal handling characteristics during on-throttle and off-throttle transitions. These precision-machined billet aluminum inserts are designed to fill voids in the factory rear differential mounts, and limit differential movement under load without sacrificing ride quality or introducing any perceivable additional noise, vibration, or harshness into the cabin. The result is a more refined, connected driving experience.

Designed to work in conjunction with the factory rubber mounts, this insert package was engineered using CAD software and thoroughly tested and refined to provide a significant improvement in handling performance and feel.

These inserts were tested extensively on 034Motorsport's in-house B9 Audi A4 Development Vehicle before release. Installation is very simple and is completely reversible.

    Features:

    • T6-6061 Billet Aluminum Construction
    • CNC-Machined In-House
    • Clear Anodized Finish for Durability
    • Engineered to Fill Voids In Factory Rear Differential Mounts
    • Reduces Rear Differential Movement During Launches & Acceleration
    • Improves Shifting Feel, Resulting in Crisper Shifts
    • Virtually No Additional NVH Transfer Inside Cabin
    • Easy, Straightforward Installation

    Fitment:

    • 2017 - Present Audi A4 (B9)
    • 2018 - Present Audi S4 (B9)

    About the Volkswagen GTI TCR

Volkswagen Golf GTI TCR Race Car

    The GTI for Customer Sports.

To transport the GTI genes to the racetrack, Volkswagen Motorsport developed the Golf GTI TCR at its headquarters in Hannover in 2015. During the test and development, Volkswagen worked closely with the racing department at Seat, in order to leverage synergies in assembly and to call on the wealth of experience gained with the Seat Leon Cup Racer. As with the Volkswagen Group’s production cars, the MQB platform also provides many synergies for racing cars, thus reducing the cost of assembling and running the TCR touring car – one of the defining goals during development.

Under the bonnet, the Golf GTI TCR houses the familiar two-litre turbo engine with direct fuel injection from the Golf GTI, the latest racing version of which can generate up to 350 hp (257 kW) and boasts about 420 Nm of torque. Visually, the Golf GTI TCR differs through its 18-inch rims and a chassis that is roughly 15 centimetres wider than the production golf. An adjustable, aluminium rear wing – standard for all TCR cars – ensures optimal handling. The modifications for the racetrack also include an aerodynamic front splitter. Among the features guaranteeing the driver maximum safety are racing seats with head protectors, a racing safety cell, and an FIA-approved safety tank.

  • GiroDisc Lightweight, High-Performance Brake Discs Now Available at 034Motorsport!

GiroDisc Lightweight, High-Performance 2-Piece Floating Brake Disc

034Motorsport is proud to offer a selection of GiroDisc Lightweight, High-Performance 2-Piece Brake Discs for a selection of Audi applications!

    About GiroDisc Rotors:

The GiroDisc system is a direct replacement for the OE brake discs, meaning no modifications are necessary. Their rotors will bolt directly to the car and work as intended with factory brake calipers. By upgrading your brakes with lightweight, high-performance replacement discs compared to a big brake kit, the factory brake bias is maintained along with ABS efficiency. The GiroDisc 2-Piece Rotors weigh an average of 5 lbs less than factory brake discs, meaning less rotational and unsprung weight for quicker acceleration and suspension response.

The central hat portion of the GiroDisc rotor is made strictly from U.S. sourced 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is constructed from GiroDisc's own proprietary cast iron, poured in the USA and machined from start to finish in-house at their facility. The rotor utilizes a curved vane design, developed in racing to act as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc.

GiroDisc Floating, 2-Piece High-Performance Brake Rotor for Audi Applications

The rotor and hat have a floating mount system that utilizes 8 or 10 high strength alloy steel drive pins, manufactured by GiroDisc in the USA to their own specifications and cadmium plated for a long lasting corrosion resistance. The pins take the load from braking actions while maintaining the axial and radial float between the hat and disc. The pins are secured by Grade 12 cap screws with hardened washers. In order to keep the rotors from making noise when cold, the pins are mounted with anti-noise spring washers on the rotor side which allow the rotor to grow with heat expansion but eliminate the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors. This float also allows the rotor to self center between the pads.

    Features:

    • Lightweight Construction
    • Floating, 2-Piece Design
    • Curved Vanes Force Cooling Air through Brake Disc
    • Cadmium Plated Hardware for Corrosion Resistance
    • Made in the USA!
